The story

Vienna, 19th century: The city is growing rapidly, technical progress is bringing electric light to every nook and cranny, new railroad lines are being opened up and streetcars are being built. And somewhere in a dark attic: an officer with a secret hobby. On the trail of the mysterious time traveler, the Time-Busters need a sharp mind and a strong spirit of discovery.
