Steampunk Chronicles

An unexpected letter from a law office informs you of the death of one Elke Drusselmeyer. You've never heard of her, but it turns out she's a distant relative and great-great-granddaughter of the famous Heinrich Drusselmeyer, one of Germany's most prolific researchers of the post-industrial era. Having no other living relatives, you seem to have inherited the entire Drusselmeyer family fortune, as well as a detailed list of instructions related to a secret workshop that would have belonged to the famous inventor. Driven by curiosity, you set off in search of the laboratory said to contain various inventions, bizarre instruments, unusual steam machinery and - strangest of all - a time travel device... But no one and nothing has really prepared you for what you are about to discover.
