The story

Sherlock Holmes has been abducted from his office at 221B Baker Street by masked figures. It seems that during his investigation he uncovered something one of his enemies would rather keep hidden from Scotland Yard. The investigation unit received an anonymous letter the following morning. It contained no ransom demand, only a chilling message stating that the master detective would meet his fate at noon, clearing the way for a takeover of London’s underworld.
