The story

In the Psychiatric Clinic of the isolated city of Providence, there is a specially designed unit for dangerous paranoiacs. In the almost abandoned building there have been many disturbances in recent days.... A massive food crisis in the clinic. The entire wing has been put on red alert. The last guard left cannot handle the situation and urgently needs reinforcements. You must help him immediately. After all, he is seemingly alone in the entire building.

How the rankings see it

The Vault score blends each source’s position for this room, weighted by how much that source knows: TERPECA counts most, review sites count more with more reviews, and old rankings fade.
