Luna Park

It all went wrong, I remember it clearly… I had planned everything down to the smallest detail. This diamond had been in my family for generations, until the authorities took it from us. At first, everything went according to plan. The diamond was exactly where I expected it to be, locked inside the museum’s safe. Getting into the building was effortless for me. I cracked the security system in no time. The path was clear. When I finally saw the shimmering diamond inside its glass case, I could hardly believe it. But then, suddenly, everything changed… The alarm went off. Dogs barking, sirens blaring, flashing lights everywhere. For a brief moment, I wondered what had gone wrong before panic took over. There was no time to think. I bolted through the back exit, escaping for the moment. But the chase continued. I ran as fast as I could, changing direction whenever possible, until I found myself standing in front of a large square. Above it, a sign read: “LUNA PARK.”
