The story
The presumed stepmother of the unfortunate pharaoh Tutankhamun, Queen Nefertiti, was considered one of the most enigmatic but also most beautiful queens in ancient Egypt.
When she died, she took a number of secrets with her to her grave, which has still not been found.
According to Egyptian myths, there is a dagger that fell from the sky in which Nefertiti's soul is said to live on.
In 1922, a team of British archaeologists led by Howard Carter found such a dagger in the previously unplundered tomb of Tutankhamun.
This special find was a gift from the deceased ruler's people, who wanted to present him with a final gift for his journey to the afterlife. This dagger disappeared without a trace a few years later.
It was never found again.
Now there is a groundbreaking new discovery.
Recently, researchers found a hidden entrance to a pyramid,
which has never been investigated. Researchers hope to find the mysterious tomb of the beautiful Nefertiti there and thus uncover further secrets about her person and the valuable dagger.
However, the entrance is firmly closed and no one has ever been able to penetrate the pyramid.
Until today...
